That one day a president fairly elected by the people would come to our rescue in a time of dire need. Such was my steadfast belief in this dream that I dedicated my time and effort to volunteer to help with his campaign. I handed out flyers around my city to tell voters where to vote for our savior. I designed and manufactured political buttons and t shirts, which I sold a few dozen of on ebay to support (and make a few bucks) our chosen one. Alas the day came when millions of Americans put aside some of our racist past, got our heads out of our collective asses and voted for the nation’s first black president. With our newly elected leader came the promise of change, yes we where going to end the wars, create jobs, end the Bush area tax cuts, and finally get universal healthcare for all. We got change all right, change from a President and party we thought may be able to believe in, to a bunch of teabaggers, democraps and republicants. The saddest part of all is the fact that we got a President with no balls, no guts to stand up for America, no holding true to Liberal beliefs, no pushing for working class America, instead we all voted, unknowingly, for John Boehner’s bitch. With an elected leader who takes it long and hard from the speaker of the house time and time again (can he at least get some lube of some sort), us left leaning, socialist, tree hugging, liberal extremists, are left with little choice for voting in the upcoming election. The question is, what do we do?
