Thought for the day

So who will be the GOP candidate for the 2012 election? Which one of these fearless competitors will take the reins and emerge as the saviour for the Grumpy Old Peckerwoods? Will it even be a peckerwood? Could we see the first time in history, that the two candidates are both African American? (I bet that will really get out the tea bagger vote).Who will save the 1% and get rid of the anti-American protesters once and for all? Who will get rid of taxes, regulations, big government and any kind of rules that protect the people? I saved the most important of all questions for last.........

Violent pacification

While watching Hardball with Chris Mathews last night, Mr. Mathews was talking to some local pundit and asked him where the democrats will be in regards to the Occupy movement. He went on to ask if it was risky for politicians to back the movement in case the movement was to get violent or in his words “they start throwing trash cans through windows”.  How fucking ridiculous can you get man, give me a break.

First of all, the only violence there has been has come from the end of policedepartment night sticks and canisters of pepper spray. Not once has any form of violence been from the protesters. In fact it is quite the opposite, the protesters are shown time and time again stating that the police are not the enemy, that they are the same as the protesters. Now this police brutality has happened not just in New York but in other cities as well. Should we ask the politicians not to back the police department since they are the ones acting violently?

Why nobody wants this movement to become a re-elect Obama campaign, we must face the reality that if we want change, then the left is going to be the ones to make it happen. It surely will not be the Grumpy Old Pecker Woods (GOP), no they will be too busy sucking ass to their corporate masters. Those in power have been forced to acknowledge our existence, next they will have to force the change that is needed. Democrats have become pussies for the most part. What we need is to become the new party of the left, elect new leaders and get these old bastards out of power and put it back in the hands of the people.

And the douchebag of the day award goes to!

Neal Boortz
For his Hitleresque statement on Fux News saying Obama "Is a bigger disaster to this country than 9-11". Congratulations Neal for being crowned one raging liberals first ever douchebag of the day (or decade). You had some strong competition from your conservative counterparts but managed to come out on top, if only by a nose. Yes Mr. Boortz spreading hatred and fear is your specialty. You are truly king douchebag for the day.

Its time to stop asking and start demanding

With the Occupy Wall Street movement in its third week, the movement is finally growing and gaining the media attention that such a movement deserves. Thinking about the events of the past few weeks one must wonder, is it going to be enough? Occupy has been proud of the fact that there are no leaders, lending to media criticism about a lack of stated goals. Why we all know what the uprising is about, what exactly do we expect to be the outcome? Yes I realize that change is what is needed, but are these protests going to accomplish any change without a specifically stated list of demands?

Every great movement has a leader who points the people in the right direction. Its great to see a form of democracy being practiced amongst the participants that allows for a general consensus, with everyone being able to speak his/her mind. Does this movement need a leader? Not someone to tell people what to do and order them around, but someone for the people to get behind, a person to provide the spark that ignites the change. Bringing attention by camping out for a couple months, banging drums, chanting and marching, do us no good if the fire slowly fades and people go back to their everyday lives. It is time for leadership to emerge. We are at a stage in our country where we need to stop asking for change and start demanding it. Who will step forth and lead us in our time of need? It’s certainly not our president or congress.

Herman (Big Herm) Cain

Recently Herman “Big Herm” Cain sat down with the Wall Street Journal, where he continued to bash the Occupy Wall Street movement. Big Herm even went so far as to blame the unemployed for not having  jobs and the poor for not being rich, stating "I don't have facts to back this up, but I happen to believe that these demonstrations are planned and orchestrated to distract from the failed policies of the Obama administration. Don't blame Wall Street, don't blame the big banks, if you don't have a job and you're not rich, blame yourself! ... It is not a person's fault if they succeeded, it is a person's fault if they failed."

Really Big Herm, are  you fucking serious? I mean are you really so fucking stupid that you truly believe that the white racist Tea Party masses are going to vote for you. Hey dumb ass, the only reason the Tea Party exists is because we have a black president. Have you looked in the mirror lately? So keep on blowing your rich, white corporate buddies, while trying to act blacker than the president. We are not fooled Big Herm. Your true colors shine right on through my man because you are just as much about the green as your Wall Street puppet masters

CNN (Cable News Nazi's)

Last night on CNN (Cable News Nazi’s) news correspondent Erin Burnett did a segment on the Occupy Wall Street movement, where she spoke to one protester and told him that the TARP bailout money has been repaid and the tax payers have made money from the bailout. She continued to talk about the movement in a sarcastic, condescending manner, even naming the segment “seriously?”.

My question is why in the fuck would CNN decide to have this bitch cover the protests. Someone who once said “Isn't it your obligation inthis country - there is a tax code for a reason, to take advantage of every bitof it you can and pay as little as you can.” This comes from an elitist who, in the past made an average salary of $2million and has a net worth of over$12million . So yeah news Nazi’s, send this fucking pampered idiot to cover the working class protesters in NY. Great fucking idea. More proof of my previous stated right wing media agenda. More proof that the mainstream media does not do its job and investigate.

Maybe a little bit of investigation would show that the movement stands for many things, not just the bailout or any other individual reason. Maybe it would show that no one person is chosen to speak for the movement, it has no leaders. Or maybe they should just keep the status quo and let the rich journalist keep sucking up to the people that caused this mess in the first place. Good job CNN.

Is Wall Street Listening?

We all have been excited these past few days with the furious pace at which Occupy Wall Street has turned into a global phenomenon. Why the numbers are modest, they are growing daily and will only get bigger. As the numbers swell, and with the hundreds arrested Saturday, the media is no longer able to ignore it. Once more media coverage is given, then the more people will be motivated to quit typing on their blogs, twitter and Facebook, and get off their asses! Oh wait, that’s what fueled the revolution to begin with.

But as I check my tweets, get updates and read about what’s going on, I can’t help but wonder if the message is really getting to its intended audience. After all, you have seen the youtube videos of the Wall Street banksters sipping champagne and waving to the protesters. But is camping out in a park, shouting slogans, blocking bridges, and holding up signs really going to get their attention? Or is it time to shut down the machine? Yes getting pepper sprayed, arrested and beat in the head does grab a few headlines, but is it enough? Peaceful protesting is definitely the preferred method, but would there have been a successful civil rights movement if there wasn’t a Malcolm X to go along with Martin Luther King Jr.? Isn’t it the fear of what people can do when there are thousands of them, and the authorities are outnumbered, that truly scares the powers that be? How would a Molotov cocktail have gone along with that champagne? Just wondering.

The Revolution Will Not Be Televised

Gil Scott-Heron was right. The revolution will not be televised. At least not an American, non violent, peaceful, peoples revolt. No not on this chilly autumn morning. A quick search of the top headlines on the major news networks, CNN, MSNBC, FUX News (now that’s a shocker), ABC News, CBS News, no not these providers of mass information.

Instead we get the news that Anwar al-Awlaki was killed, Bank of America is charging for debit card use and Michael Jackson’s doctor’s trial. This is confusing, yesterday it seemed that the media may finally be starting to wake up and do its job. There where quick snippets on some of the major networks. But no I awoke this morning to nothing. No news clips of the protesters no video’s of police brutality. Nope nothing but a half dozen photos on CNN with no article.

Meanwhile dozens of cities around United States and the world are planning protests. Thousands of people are using social media to organize a peaceful uprising. Meanwhile you are still getting fed bullshit. Yet they are still talking about the Arab Summer and how great it is to spread freedom and democracy.

Right Wing Media Bias!

Oh lord how often do we hear it, “The left wing media”,  or “left wing media bias”. I wish I had a beer for every time we have heard this played out, bullshit, flat out LIE!. Truth is it is quite the opposite. Truth is the republican’t , teabaggers, remind me a lot of my ex wife. Always accusing me of doing what she was doing. Its like a denial syndrome, where the republican’ts have all the media control, yet they say the left does.

Keep telling a lie enough and the sheeple will tend to believe it. I guess the fact (there is that four letter word again) that Fux News, is number one in cable news networks, is beside the point. Or that the am radio world is dominated (understatement) by the likes of: Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'Reilly, Don Imus, Michael Savage, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, Glen Beck,  Dr. Laura Schlessinger,  and Neil Boortz. Not all republican but all conservative and a half. Oh wait I forgot we had Al Franken(a few years ago). And oh yeah all those am radio guys that happen to work for Fux News also have high ranking TV shows.

Proof of this right wing bias can be found in the total lack of coverage of the whole occupy wall street movement, you know the one that is spreading across the country, oh wait your friends didn’t hear about it, I wonder why. Must be that whole left wing media agenda. Can’t show those radical extremists that give a shit enough about their country to try to fix it, on the news, people might realize there is a movement starting and get off their assess to stop this bullshit. But on the other hand the rapper T.I. did get out of a halfway house today, now that's news!

So while we are stuck with a few good shows from Keith Oblermann, Ed Schultz and HBO’s Bill Maher, the left falls short (by many miles) of dominating the media. So tell the right to get a clue, better yet tell them to go fuck themselves and get their facts straight.

Bible quotes for the haters

Here is something that has been on the Internet for a long time but is still very relevant in today's right wing brainwashed, teabagger, political climate. (Click above to view the actually link).

Dr. Laura Slessinger is a well-known conservative talk show host. She is known for quoting the Bible when telling the world why homosexuals are so wrong and are going to burn in hell.
horizontal rule
Dear Dr. Laura:
Thank you for doing so much to educate people regarding God's Law. I have learned a great deal from your show, and I try to share that knowledge with as many people as I can. When people try to defend the homosexual lifestyle, for example, I simply remind them that Leviticus 18:22 clearly states it to be an abomination. End of debate.
I do need some advice from you, however, regarding some of the specific laws and how to follow them:
a) When I burn a bull on the altar as a sacrifice, I know it creates a pleasing odor for the Lord (Lev.1:9).The problem is my neighbors. They claim the odor is not pleasing to them. Should I smite them?
b) I would like to sell my daughter into slavery, as sanctioned in Exodus 21:7.In this day and age, what do you think would be a fair price for her?
c) I know that I am allowed no contact with a woman while she is in her period of menstrual uncleanness (Lev.15:19-24).The problem is, how do I tell? I have tried asking, but most women take offense.
d) Lev.25:44 states that I may indeed possess slaves, both male and female, provided they are purchased from neighboring nations. A friend of mine claims that this applies to Mexicans, but not Canadians. Can you clarify? Why can't I own Canadians?
e) I have a neighbor who insists on working on the Sabbath. Exodus 35:2 clearly states he should be put to death. Am I morally obligated to kill him myself?
f) A friend of mine feels that even though eating shellfish is an abomination (Lev.11:10), it is a lesser abomination than homosexuality. I don't agree. Can you settle this?
g) Lev.21:20 states that I may not approach the altar of God if I have a defect in my sight. I have to admit that I wear reading glasses. Does my vision have to be 20/20, or is there some wiggle room here?
h) Most of my male friends get their hair trimmed, including the hair around their temples, even though this is expressly forbidden by Lev. 19:27. How should they die?
 i) I know from Lev.11:6-8 that touching the skin of a dead pig makes me unclean, but may I still play football if I wear gloves?
j) My uncle has a farm. He violates Lev.19:19 by planting two different crops in the same field, as does his wife by wearing garments made of two different kinds of thread cotton/polyester blend. He also tends to curse and blaspheme a lot. Is it really necessary that we go to all the trouble of getting the whole town together to stone them (Lev.24:10-16)? Couldn't we just burn them to death at a private family affair like we do with people who sleep with their in-laws? (Lev.20:14)
I know you have studied these things extensively, so I am confident you can help. Thank you again for reminding us that God's word is eternal and unchanging.

I wonder how this intolerant bitch would feel about the fact that the new census reports the number of same sex households is on the rise.

Grumpy Old Peckerwoods

With the threat of a government shutdown once again making headline news, we must wonder the cause for such a ruckus. Once again the Grumpy Old Peckerwoods or GOP if you will, are raging mad and damning the man etc. I can’t help but ask myself, what makes all these old, rich white people, so fucking hateful?

Do they hate the poor so much that they must just cut spending of government programs that  help people? Do they have poor people envy? “yeah there go those poor bastards again, hogging all the attention”. I don’t get it, those that have it all, hate those that have nothing.

Since they want to cut programs in order to provide much needed disaster relief, cutting government programs that would kill government jobs, and add to unemployment, (more people for them to hate I guess) I have a groundbreaking idea for these downtrodden hating, angry, wealthy sons of bitches. Cut your own job. That’s right, shut em down. Save some much needed money. Cut your job, cut your throat, or just cut it the fuck out!

The company we keep

With the execution of Troy Davis and all the headlines that it brought, it got me thinking about the death penalty. This is a subject I have always had mixed views on. If you are like me, then after a little research you will probably be anti death penalty. All it takes is to look at the list of the only other countries that have the death penalty…Countries andterritories that retain the death penalty for ordinary crimes
Afghanistan, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belarus, Belize, Botswana, Chad, China, Comoros, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cuba, Dominica, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Guinea, Guyana, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Lesotho, Libya, Malaysia, Mongolia, Nigeria, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Palestinian Authority, Qatar, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Saudi Arabia, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Taiwan, Thailand, Trinidad And Tobago, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, United States Of America, Viet Nam, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

Reading this list, it appears we do not keep good company in this area. Is executing one innocent person, one too many? If we abolish the death penalty, what about the victims?

Four letter words

With our right wing Republicant, tea bagging ,crybabies always screaming foul, you would think that these poor sons of bitches where under constant threat of attack from their left wing counterparts. Truth is under our current administration, these little guys and gals just cry and whine and throw a fit like a 3 year old, until the President gives in to the fit, in another display of poor parenting.

When arguing with our conservative minded fellows, we must always remember to reserve the most precious four letter word for last. When we need to strike the final blow in an argument, always remember to use a FACT (or many facts). Yes this four letter word will make these guys blow their lid and lose it. It often sends tea baggers over the top (just remember to block their punches) and makes them bloodthirsty and ready to save America by killing off the left wing socialist commies.

While facts may seem to be the way to end an argument, many have become adept at talking in circles and avoiding the stated fact. Just remember to always, always, use this four letter word when dealing with the brain washed minions, that thrive off of getting all their information from Fux News and the right wing media bias.

Those Poor Rich Bastards

With Obama appearing to be starting to grow a pair, the republicant’s are raging mad about class warfare. This class warfare actually asks the wealthy to pay a tax percentage that is the same as everyone else. Poor rich bastards, I wouldn’t want them to possibly lose one of their vacation houses or only be able to take 6 weeks of vacation instead of 8 while the rest of us are struggling just to pay our bills, eat, and find employment.

So let’s put this in perspective. In order to solve the budget deficit the republicant’s solution is to cut. Cut from Medicaid, Medicare, teachers, firefighters, nurses, policemen, social security, financial aid for college students, education, unemployment and in general any program that helps the poor and needy.

So yes class warfare is being waged, its being waged against the poor and disabled and the working and middle class Americans. All so the rich can be greedy arrogant bastards. I think Michele Bachmann may have been on to something. I think vaccines may cause mental FUCKTARDATION in conservatives!

Save the Pig My Ass

So I was on my way to work listening to the local a.m. radio station when I heard a lovely commercial telling me to how I could save some money. This radio voice told me to make my own coffee instead of buying it, and ride my bike to save money on gas. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!

Have we come to the point where we are so stupid that we need a genius web site radio spot to tell us how to do these things? Here is an idea oh brilliant ones at feedthepig.org. How about getting me my job back, you know the one that went to Mexico. How about repealing NAFTA and keeping jobs here in the great old land of mighty radio suggestions.

Now Mr. Pig people, I have a suggestion for you. In order to help us in a struggling economy that is about to collapse, why don’t you quit wasting money of stupid, worthless fucking radio ads and put that money into a fund to, I don’t know, HELP PEOPLE!

I had a dream

That one day a president fairly elected by the people would come to our
rescue in a time of dire need. Such was my steadfast belief in this
dream that I dedicated my time and effort to volunteer to help with his
campaign. I handed out flyers around my city to tell voters where to
vote for our savior. I designed and manufactured political buttons and
t shirts, which I sold a few dozen of on ebay to support (and make a
few bucks) our chosen one.

Alas the day came when millions of Americans put aside some of our
racist past, got our heads out of our collective asses and voted for
the nation’s first black president. With our newly elected leader came
the promise of change, yes we where going to end the wars, create jobs,
end the Bush area tax cuts, and finally get universal healthcare for
all.

We got change all right, change from a President and party we thought
may be able to believe in, to a bunch of teabaggers, democraps and
republicants. The saddest part of all is the fact that we got a
President with no balls, no guts to stand up for America, no holding
true to Liberal beliefs, no pushing for working class America, instead
we all voted, unknowingly, for John Boehner’s bitch.

With an elected leader who takes it long and hard from the speaker of
the house time and time again (can he at least get some lube of some
sort), us left leaning, socialist, tree hugging, liberal extremists,
are left with little choice for voting in the upcoming election. The
question is, what do we do?

my sentiments to the speaker of the house
